Product Designer

Connecteam, a Tel Aviv-based startup, is seeking a skilled Product Designer to join their growing design team to shape exceptional mobile and web experiences. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure intuitive, delightful, and innovative user experiences across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions for complex workflows and features on both mobile and web platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing, to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences
• Lead all stages of the design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing
• Work closely with the team to maintain and evolve our design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion UX best practices in every project
• Analyze user data and feedback to iterate and improve designs for maximum impact
• Contribute to fostering a strong design culture within the company through idea-sharing, feedback, and collaboration

Requirements

• A strong design portfolio showcasing innovative and user-friendly designs
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally within a B2C or SaaS environment
• Proven expertise in designing for complex systems on both mobile and web platforms
• Mastery of the entire design lifecycle, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and usability testing
• Experience working with and maintaining design systems
• High attention to details, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and cohesive user experiences
• Collaboration skills: able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, give and receive constructive feedback, and thrive in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Proficiency in Figma, with additional expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with MacOS
• Experience working in a startup environment (nice-to-have)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines (nice-to-have)
• A passion for emerging design trends and technologies (nice-to-have)
