HQ - Junior Graphic Designer

Job&Talent is seeking a Junior Designer with a passion for AI to create and scale creative assets for their B2B product marketing and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Use AI to design campaign and sales assets across various channels
• Create assets at scale, including images, GIFs, and diagrams
• Support product launches with visual concepts to production-ready deliverables
• Create internal comms and training visuals
• Work with PMMs and sales enablement leads for visual messaging
• Build and scale templates using AI design tools
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and AI workflows
• Participate in brainstorms and creative reviews, pushing ideas forward

Requirements

• 1–2 years of design experience or an exceptional portfolio
• Strong portfolio showing cross-platform creative, especially B2B or tech
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and AI design tools
• Well-organized and has excellent time management
• Fluent in English, both reading and writing, and other languages are highly regarded
• Clear, collaborative communication and a hunger to learn
• Passion for AI and a drive to work faster and smarter with it
