Crypto-Native UX Researcher (Remote - Jakarta, Indonesia)

Token Metrics seeks a UX Researcher to craft seamless user experiences in the crypto investing space.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs
• Analyze user interactions and on-chain activities to identify friction points
• Leverage blockchain data to complement user research with real-world crypto behavior insights
• Partner with designers to turn research findings into actionable UX recommendations
• Engage directly with customers to uncover pain points, motivations, and goals
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to align the team on user needs
• Stay plugged into Web3 UX trends and crypto market dynamics
• Present research insights and design proposals to stakeholders
• Collaborate with product teams to iterate on features based on user feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX research, user experience design, or a related field
• Crypto-native with hands-on experience in blockchain ecosystem
• Proven on-chain experience (trading, staking, yield farming, governance, etc.
• Deep knowledge of user research methodologies and design principles
• Exceptional communication skills (articulating complex user insights and technical concepts)
