Lead Product Designer (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead work to develop a best-in-class product and brand
• Create beautiful and compelling experiences
• Identify product gaps and opportunities
• Facilitate and lead stakeholder reviews
• Define, design, and ship meaningful work on web, iOS, and Android
• Work in a highly collaborative environment
• Provide mentorship and coaching to designers
• Be an advocate for user needs
• Contribute to and evolve the design system
• Raise the bar for quality by giving and seeking feedback

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in product design
• Passion for turning complex problems into elegant user experiences
• Outstanding product design sensibility and craft
• Ability to prioritize and apply learnings from research
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions
• Product sensibility and experience in project timeline and scope prioritization
• Desire to share work early and seek feedback
• Self-motivated and confident in independently designing work
• Experience in designing inclusively
• Adept in design, prototyping, and research tools
