Paytm is hiring a Motion/Interaction Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly, and delightful design solutions for its products.

Own and drive design projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring functional and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
Conduct user research and usability testing, incorporating insights to improve design outcomes.
Develop prototypes and wireframes to communicate design.

4 to 6 years of experience in Interaction design with a strong, diverse portfolio.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Technical proficiency with motion graphics systems (video editing is a plus).

Expertise in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Rive & Lottie Files.
Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and typography.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to transform complex problems into simple, elegant design solutions.
