Codeway is seeking a Graphic Designer to create visually appealing designs for their mobile applications and app store pages, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand representation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on design trends, market dynamics, and consumer behaviors to improve app store page conversion rates.
  • Translate brand and product understanding into visually appealing designs.
  • Evaluate new store design concepts for alignment with marketing strategy.
  • Lead the design of graphic elements for iOS and Android app stores, including icons, storefront screenshots, and promotional banners.
  • Collaborate with ASO and performance marketing teams to optimize visual presence through A/B testing.
  • Regularly update visual designs to reflect evolving app features and trends.

Requirements

  • University degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficient in using Figma and Adobe programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing unique skillset and design approach.
  • Knowledge of design principles including composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Exceptional creativity, detail-oriented mindset, and fast-learning skills.
