Design Lead for the BEx platform at Spreetail, focusing on simplifying complex workflows and improving user engagement.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead UX vision for the BEx portal.
- Design dashboards, workflows, and visualizations.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics for delivery.
- Drive a user-first design culture.
Requirements
- 6–10 years in product or UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex B2B platforms or data dashboards.
- Fluency with Figma, prototyping, and design systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with analytics tools, enterprise platforms, or AI-integrated products (bonus).
