The Creative/Graphic Design Director at Nielsen will lead the creative strategy, develop visual identities, and manage agency relationships for digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketers to develop creative assets
  • Deliver creative concepts and digital assets for integrated marketing campaigns
  • Conceptualize and design graphics, visualizations, and animations
  • Manage agency and production partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative assets
  • Optimize agency relationships and drive high performance

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of marketing programs experience
  • Experience creating and executing design concepts across all marketing channels
  • Familiarity with UX landing pages, digital, and social media best practices
  • Experience managing external agencies and direct reports
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
