Responsibilities
- Actively participate in cross-functional team discussions to understand user needs and define new marketplace features
- Define research strategy and manage multiple projects across a variety of methodologies
- Design and conduct qualitative studies, analyze data, and share insights
- Own the research process from end-to-end, including ideation, development, and execution
- Create and field surveys, analyze responses, and report learnings
- Communicate research findings in clear and compelling ways
- Work cross-functionally with sales, design, product marketing, and product management
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in psychology, communication, statistics, or related field
- 4+ years of professional applied research experience
- Thorough understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Experience with qualitative research methods such as in-depth interviewing, concept testing, and usability testing
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in B2B, travel, or hospitality a plus
