PrizePicks is seeking a UX Researcher to join their growing team, focusing on impactful research across the design process for their Daily Fantasy Sports platform. Key responsibilities include executing research studies, partnering with cross-functional teams, and translating findings into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute research studies using various methods
  • Own the end-to-end research process
  • Partner with cross-functional team members to identify research objectives
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights
  • Communicate findings to key stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in UX Research, Design Research, or Human Factors Engineering
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Psychology, Human Factors, HCI, Anthropology, or related field
  • Proficient with qualitative or mixed-methods research
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with remote testing tools (e.g., dscout, UserTesting, UserZoom)
  • Curiosity and passion for uncovering user needs and pain points
  • Experience with quantitative methods (bonus)
