Senior Product Designer, Design Systems

Lyft is looking for a Design Systems Product Designer to develop a cohesive design language for all Lyft products.

Responsibilities

• Create UX and visual guidelines for Lyft’s products
• Plan strategically with engineering, product, and brand teams
• Explore and iterate on design concepts
• Use user research and data to inform design decisions
• Advocate for design across the organization
• Inspire the team with innovative ideas and next-gen interfaces
• Work with inclusive design practices

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design or UX
• 1+ years of experience with design systems
• Experience with inclusive design
• Experience designing on multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android)
• Proficient with design and prototyping tools (Figma)
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills
• Experience in visual design and brand craft
• Able to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team
• Familiarity with Jira and GitHub
