Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end product experience across diverse teams
- Turn insights into prototypes to facilitate user feedback
- Craft intuitive solutions through personas, journey maps, sketches, flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and final assets
- Contribute to the design system repository
- Work with developers to ship and optimize products
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, engineers, program managers, commercial leaders, and UX teams globally
Requirements
- B. Des or M. Des in UX Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Industrial Design, or Product Design
- 2+ years of experience in designing complex SaaS or enterprise software
- Fluent English (in speaking and writing)
- General understanding of technical limitations
- Growth mindset with a desire to develop skills
- Able to translate business requirements into design solutions
- Skills in design tools such as Figma or Axure
- Comfortable working in a large, international, corporate, and cross time-zone environment with remote teams
- Knowledge and background in the marketing industry
