Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research
- Design and conduct effective interviews
- Analyze data and interpret findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Craft concise presentations and deliver recommendations
- Lead initiatives to improve the research practice
Requirements
- Degree or training in a Design Research course
- Portfolio of work demonstrating high-quality communication of insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of user-centred design principles
- Proven experience coaching and mentoring design teams
- Ideally, experience working in a fast-paced, agile product environment
