Senior UX Researcher

Join VeSync as a Senior UX Researcher to lead research initiatives, analyze data, and drive user-centered innovation across app, hardware, and wearable products in the health and wellness industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead research initiatives, including design and execution of learning plans across product lifecycle
• Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations, translating findings into strategic insights
• Present research findings to stakeholders across teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on user-centered goals and ensure project success
• Advocate for users, maintaining a user-centric perspective while balancing user needs with business goals
• Enhance research practices, ensure compliance with ethical standards and data management
• Manage the research repository, ensuring insights are organized and accessible
• Foster a culture of research excellence, mentoring junior and mid-level researchers

Requirements

• At least 4 years in UX research or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end research initiatives
• Proficiency in research tools, data analysis, and statistical analysis methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• High analytical capability and a proactive mindset
