Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process for the admin tool, focusing on dashboards, data visualization, and enterprise UI needs
  • Work with clients to understand their requirements, pain points, and workflows, and incorporate their feedback into designs
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align on project goals, user needs, and business objectives
  • Design intuitive and effective information architectures, ensuring users can navigate and interpret complex data with ease
  • Create visually compelling and consistent UI designs that adhere to brand guidelines and best practices for accessibility and usability
  • Develop and maintain design specifications, style guides, and components for the design system to support the development team
  • Work effectively in a dynamic startup environment, managing priorities and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality designs on time

Requirements

  • 6 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer
  • Expertise in designing dashboards and data visualization interfaces
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
  • Profficiency in Figma and familiarity with creating and maintaining design systems
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating on designs based on feedback
  • Willingness to travel as needed for user research and company on-sites
