Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Aurora design system
Own technical implementation and architecture of web design components
Educate and support product teams in using the design system
Implement CSS animations and micro-interactions
Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG AA)

Requirements

Proven experience with design systems and front-end development
Deep understanding of TypeScript, React, CSS, and semantic HTML
Experience with Storybook.js
Strong skills in CSS animations and creating polished UIs
Familiarity with design tools like Figma
