Join Tactical as a Motion Graphics Designer, where you will create engaging 2D and 3D animations for social media and other platforms.

Responsibilities

Create highly engaging 2D and 3D animations for social media platforms
Encode, convert, and edit videos, adding effects to enhance motion graphics
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
Maintain an organized file structure and data management system
Work across multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround
Adhere to file management systems and workflows

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in After Effects
Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and Indesign
Character animation skills (with references)
Experience with media production for mobile, online, and social media platforms
Familiarity with project management tools such as Forecast
Strong visual and conceptual skills
Up to date with current design trends and techniques
Experience in any 3D program (Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender, etc.) is a bonus
Fluency in English and Turkish
