Responsibilities

Execute UX and UI tasks for the travel assistant SOFIA
Partner with product and IT to define product improvements
Design usable flows and interfaces for multimodal interactions
Propose improvements based on user behavior analysis
Track UX metrics and KPIs for decision-making
Document deliverables and validate implementations
Contribute to product strategy and stay updated on market trends

Requirements

Knowledge of AI tools, like chatGPT
