Senior Product Designer

Nextech seeks a Senior Product Designer to create healthcare solutions that simplify complex processes for various healthcare practices.

Responsibilities

• Optimize complex user workflows into simpler ones across product life cycle and multiple product launches
• Tackle intricate design challenges and set high standards for usability
• Lead special projects and initiatives for design team growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
• Collaborate with research for user insight and incorporate into design
• Travel to meet and talk with practices for product insight
• Collaborate with development team for implementation guidance
• Create design artifacts (wireframes, user flows, etc.)
• Contribute to shared design systems and style guides
• Act as a thought leader and advocate for user-centered design
• Engage in continuous learning on design trends and technologies
• Contribute to strategic vision of the design team

Requirements

• 5+ years in UX/UI or Product Design role
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma
• Understanding of design principles, user experience best practices, and accessibility standards
• Experience incorporating insights from user research
• Strong communication skills
• Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
