Senior Product Designer

Senior Product Designer to lead design processes and mentor junior designers in a global team, focusing on user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design processes from concept to completion, ensuring a user-centered approach.
• Utilize design thinking techniques to solve complex problems.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of learning.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Adhere to information security and data privacy policies.

Requirements

• UI/UX qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of UX design experience, including at least 2 years in software.
• Experience with US-based product teams is valuable.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work on B2B products.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of design thinking principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent Figma skills and proficiency in design tools like Miro.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Experience working remotely with colleagues in other time zones.
• Familiarity with Confluence and Jira.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards.
• Ability to work 2-4 hours in the evening to meet with US colleagues.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Understanding of WCAG 2.2 is a plus.
• Familiarity with UI component sets (Vuetify, Material-UI, Bootstrap) is a plus.
