Own the end-to-end user experience for Hotlotz’s customer-facing website, auction platform, Marketplace, and internal tools, using research, journey mapping, prototyping, and polished interface design. Build and maintain the design system, champion accessibility, collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer and engineers through delivery, and measure and improve product outcomes after launch.
